The Impact of physical activity on climacteric phase in middle age women.

Climacteric is a complex phase, in which ovaries stop producing eggs due to hormone fluctuation. In this phase women experiences biologically,physiologically and psychologically some changes within body. Climacteric is also used interchangeably with the broader term menopause, which is originated from greek word meno and pausis (cessation) that means menstrual periods stops permanently. The word climactic is derived from Latin word climactericus and greek word "klimacterikos" which mean critical point of life. Mostly With these critical changes body image effect negatively. The aim of study is to assess how the negative impact change into positive with physical activates. Climacteric consist four phases premenopausal, perimenopausal, menopausal and postmenopausal. With the regular physical workout climacteric symptoms can be delayed.The most significant support with the work outis to provide strength to the bone mass and cardiorespiratory syste. If the women should focus on 30 minutes of moderate activity in every week oxygen consumption in the body increases simultaneously. So exercise is an indispensable piece of the study. Each women ought to know about the objective, awareness and education toward physical activity in middle age. Other profound yoga and aerobic activities can assist to positive mind set toward climacteric. This study provide more support to clinical specialist and physical educationist in treating with climacteric symptoms. Such studies can help to enhance health status in women middle age

Biography: Mrs. Amandeep Kaur is research scholar at Panjab university. She done her master two-year degree in physical education, Bachelor and Four-year degree in physical education. She is played state level championship softball. She is done one-year teaching internship in high school. six-month course work PhD in Punjab university. She is Specialization in badminton and basketball. She organized intermolar in master. She done school in medical stream.
